Meet Alissa

Alissa is a licensed Real Estate Broker and Owner with a local, independent brokerage called New Roots Real Estate. Although she works throughout the Front Range of Northern Colorado, she specializes in Mountain and Foothills properties.

With a background in marketing and a keen eye for detail, Alissa brings a unique perspective to the homes she lists. She understands that each home is as individual as its owner, and Alissa works tirelessly to ensure that each client's needs are met with professionalism, discretion, and expertise.

Alissa is responsive. She is resourceful & solution-oriented. She is consistent. And, Alissa is always ethical. As a Real Estate Broker Alissa has been working with clients to buy and sell their homes throughout Northern Colorado, in addition to helping Buyers relocate from out-of-state. It has also been her pleasure to assist investors with new investment properties, and many clients with their vacation home purchases in the Estes Valley.

Alissa is always seeking innovative ways to enhance the marketing of her listings, focusing on both visual appeal and across various mediums. With a strong passion for real estate photography and marketing design, she goes above and beyond to make sure her properties stand out in print and online.

Alissa and her family and I have lived in the Estes Valley since 2001. She is a passionate community advocate! She was one of the hardworking founders of the Estes Park Education Foundation, and is still very active on the working Board as the Vice President and primary Fundraising Director.

She was honored by her community in 2019 when she was voted Estes Valley real estate agent of the Year. She has been acknowledged as a Woman of Impact and Non-profit leader in the Estes Valley.

Alissa thrives on being part of her community, not just living in it. She loves to spend time with her friends and family enjoying her home in the mountains and passionately volunteers for community pursuits. Her husband Jon works at Estes Park High School, where her youngest daughter attends as a freshman. Her son is a collegiate swimmer at Millsaps, a small private college in the South and her middle daughter is in her first year at University of Colorado. Alissa is her best self when she is gardening, walking her dogs, reading a book, cooking for her family & friends, or on a ski slope somewhere.
